Represents a Sheetmetal Flat Pattern bend list builder class.
This builder is used to edit the bend sequence ID and bend name of the bends in the bend list.
To create a new instance of this class, use NXOpen.Features.SheetMetal.SheetmetalManager.CreateBendListBuilder
