Detailed Description
This class is used by "Locator Reference" to add the additional component for a weld datum DF.
When commit is called, the selected additional components will be added to weld datum parms.
To create a new instance of this class, use NXOpen.Weld.WeldManager.CreateLocatorReferenceBuilder
