Description
Returns the offsets for the dimension text of the referenced Dimension object.

Parameters
x
Offsets from the computed text position.
y
Offsets from the computed text position.
Remarks
The user could offset the dimension text from the computed point by setting these offsets. The x, y value of the offset point is passed.
