SurfaceFinishSymbol objects receive the current dimension, text, and surface finish symbol property settings. The default values can be applied to these objects by using the ClearStyle and/or the ClearDataSet methods before adding the object to the collection. In addition, the DataSet property can be specified before adding the new SurfaceFinishSymbol object to retrieve the surface finish symbol characteristics on which the new object is to be based. The AddByTerminator method creates a new SurfaceFinishSymbol object from a copy of an existing one. To customize this object, set the SurfaceFinishSymbol object's properties as needed to set the characteristics. All SurfaceFinishSymbol objects are created with a leader. To use a SurfaceFinishSymbol object without a leader, set the Leader property on the SurfaceFinishSymbol object to False.
