Properties¶

Property	Description
BackstopOffset	Returns the offset (in degrees) from the cam to the backstop.
CamAxis	Returns or sets the axis of rotation.
CamBodies	Returns the rotary cam bodies.
CamCollisionFacetingTolerance	Returns or sets the cam collision faceting tolerance.
CompName	Returns or sets the unique name used to identify the simulation component.
Description	Returns or sets the description of the cam.
Disable	Returns or sets the disable status of the cam.
DriveBodies	Returns the drive bodies.
Tag	Returns the Tag for this object.

Method	Description
Commit	Commits any edits that have been applied to the builder.
DeleteCam	To delete the cam.
Destroy	Deletes the builder, and cleans up any objects created by the builder.
GetCommittedObjects	For builders that create more than one object, this method returns the objects that are created by commit.
GetObject	Returns the object currently being edited by this builder.
SetOutOfDate	To set the out of date status of the cam.
ShowResults	Updates the model to reflect the result of an edit to the model for all builders that support showing results.
Validate	Validate whether the inputs to the component are sufficient for commit to be called.
