Signature CreateSpringBuilder(spring)

Parameters:	spring (`NXOpen.Motion.Spring`) – `NXOpen.Motion.Spring` to be edited, if None then create a new one
Returns:	SpringBuilder object
Return type:	`NXOpen.Motion.SpringBuilder`

Finds the NXOpen.Motion.Spring with the given name.

An exception will be thrown if no object can be found with given name.
