Work Item Actions menu

When Document text is marked as a Work Item, an icon representing the Work Item type appears in the left margin. Clicking the icon displays a menu with the following actions.

	Open Item - Opens the Document-defined Work Item in the Table view of the tracker.
	Copy ID - Copies the ID of the Work Item to your computer's clipboard.
	Copy Link - Copies the complete URL of the Work Item to your computer's clipboard.
	Cut** - Copies the complete URL of the Work Item to your computer's clipboard.
	Unmark - Unmarks the current Work Item, reverting the content to regular Document text and sending the Work Item to the Document Recycle Bin (viewable in the Document Sidebar).
	Delete - Deletes the current Work Item.
	Insert - Inserts a paragraph above or below the current caret position via one of the sub-menu items.

Referenced Work Item Actions menu

A Referenced Work Item links to a Work Item that resides in another document. Its content can only be edited in the original Work Item, but if you use the Overwrite action, you can create a copy of the Work Item's content with a new ID and store/edit it within the current LiveDoc. (An is branched from link role to the original item is created automatically.)

	Open Item - Opens the Document-defined Work Item in the Table view of the tracker.
	Copy ID - Copies the ID of the Work Item to your computer's clipboard.
	Copy Link - Copies the complete URL of the Work Item to your computer's clipboard.
	Cut - Places the item in the Recycle Bin. (Viewable in the Document Sidebar.) You still have the option to Undo this operation and reinsert the item back into the LiveDoc.
	Unmark - Unmarks the current Work Item, reverts the content to regular Document text and sends the Work Item to the Document Recycle Bin. (Viewable in the Document Sidebar.)
	Remove - Removes the Referenced Work Item. (No option to undo once the LiveDoc is saved.)
	Freeze - Freeze the Referenced Work Item at a specific revision.
	Overwrite - Creates a copy of the Work Item's content with a new ID, stores the item within the current LiveDoc and creates an is branched from link role to the original item.
	Properties - Launches the Work Item Properties sidebar.
	Insert - Inserts a paragraph above or below the current caret position via one of the sub-menu items.
