Step 1: Prune tiny graphics

This setting removes all component graphics which individually fit within the bounding box. It scans the graphic for sub-structures that fit into the bounding cube side length that you define. It then deletes everything that fits in this group. This is useful for visible but unimportant details like screws. Graphics, however small they might be, will not be deleted if they are only part of a larger indivisible graphic node. This is often the case for automatically generated graphics.
