What's new in Easy Plan 2.8

• All workspaces in Easy Plan 2.8 are supported on Teamcenter 11.4 and higher, and Active Workspace 4.1, including patches.

• The Teamcenter Manufacturing Access workspace is supported on NX 12.0.2 or later.

• The Teamcenter Manufacturing Access workspace is supported on Process Simulate 14.1.x or later.

• You can install Easy Plan using the Deployment Center or the Teamcenter Environment Manager (TEM).

• Planners can upload and view layout drawings for a process area or process line.

• Easy Plan added the jpeg:Image value to the EP_FileTypesForLayoutDataset, which is an existing Teamcenter preference.

End users can filter Manufacturing features searches into category by discrete or continuous weld, and further filter searches into subcategories. End users can also configure the MFG Search table, to control how search results display.

• Planners can use TCM Visualization to view 3D renderings of work instructions.

There is a bug in Teamcenter 11.4 that causes a problem working with activities in Production Process Planning. As a workaround, set the Attachment_window_clean_up_disable preference to false. This is fixed in Teamcenter 11.5.
